There is a fatal flaw in the apparent logical argument that the people that want to subscribe to " Creationism " as something that needs to be taught in the public schools.

Definition of “Scientific Theory”, as stated on the linked website there has to be some key features to a scientific theory, mainly it must be testable and can be proved wrong. However, "theory" as it is being defined and used by the Creationist in the above referenced article, is not the same concept.
If one compares the two definitions the logical and grammatical error is glaringly apparent.
